We're happily based in Singapore, the Heart of South East Asia. We have a branch office in the US @ Portland, OR
MY CARD IS DECLINED :'( WHY IS THIS SO?
If your card is declined, the likely reason is that you have to activate your card for overseas transaction as Fandomaniax is a registered company in beautiful city of Singapore. Our main outlet is in Singapore while our branch is in US.
To have your purchase approved, just make a 1 min call to your local bank to have them allow overseas transactions and your order is all set to be made and ship to you! (:
OUR SHIPPING PROMISE:
FandoManiax partners with global Artisans & Suppliers in order to provide you the best prices. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS/EMS.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (:
We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may cancel or amend your order ONLY within 24 hours of purchase.
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive the product ( IE sign over from your local postal service) .If 7 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for Returns/Resend/Refund, product must be from one of the following:
-Fault on arrival (wrong size,wrong design, wrong item)
-Not as described as on product page
If the fault is on us, we'll of course pay for return shipping :) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will only accept returns which has been acknowledged by our CS staff. please contact them via our contact us form , email or give us a call.
